Estefania Jay

 Estefania Jay (Steph Johnson) works in Physical Therapy and volunteers with charitable organizations and hospitals on her days off. She was introduced to cosplay by her fiance (Blackfyre) and fell immediately fell in love with the community. She brings her positive attitude and infectious smile with her in everything that she does, and is passionate about making the world around her a better place.

    She loves diving into the lore of the character's that she portrays, and enjoys learning about crafting and altering costumes to incorporate her own personal style. Being a part of the cosplay community has helped her tremendously with her confidence and her drive. It has introduced her to lifelong friends, and a family of talented artists and passionate content creators. It's something she wouldn't trade for anything in the world.

Blackfyre Cosplay

Blackfyre Cosplay (David Coplan-Castillo) is a Firefighter, Cosplayer, and Crafter, who works alongside his fiance (Estefania Jay) with charitable organizations and hospitals here in Texas. Born in Nicaragua, he came to this country at a young age and immediately fell in love with comic-books and their heroes. This ultimately inspired him to become a Firefighter, and also to begin Cosplaying. He says that he is inspired by the many talented crafters and cosplayers in the community, and that they drive him to continue to improve in every way that he can. Cosplay has given him a way to not only spread hope and joy, but also to help those in need, and to have fun while doing it. It has surrounded him with a community full of incredibly talented people whom he considers family. He can't wait for the day that he and Estefania Jay can bring their future children to Comic Conventions with them.
